"First time with All Pro Window Cleaning. . Must say I was totally impressed with their work. So much so that I already booked for All Pro to come and do my windows in the spring! Not only are they professional but also very courteous, polite and super workers. I highly recommend this company. My windows absolutely sparkle!"

"Unfortunately this company has deteriorated over the years.
I am in a position to know as I have used their services for over twenty years-
but never again! The workers and the owner
were rude, , unwilling to do the job completely and overcharged me. They
refused  to dust clean the screens or the
bottom of the metal window frame (not the inside wooden sill) ; a bit like
going to the car wash and having them refuse to clean your roof or your tires. I
strongly suggest you look  for another
company.
Here are some more details.
- The two team members showed up a half hour early at 7:30
am and rang the doorbell when the appointment was at 8 am. When I told them I
would be ready for them at the appointed time, they told me if I was not, they
would leave!
- then when they came in the house, I asked to take them
around to show them the various windows and what they needed to do in terms of
particular access etc. The fellow was furious sand said? I don?t have time for
this. I know how to do my job?.
- When I saw them cleaning ,I saw they were not cleaning the
base of the window frame ( not the inside sill) which was filthy. I also saw
that they were not wiping the screens . When I asked them to do that they said
they would charge $3.00 extra to wash the screens and that they don?t clean the
bottom of the window frame!
- Then upstairs, they were unwilling to clean a skylight
window that has been cleaned every year ; and they were unwilling to use a
ladder to clean a higher up window in the studio that has been cleaned every
year.
 - When I saw all
this, I called the office and asked to speak to the manager /owner who was
clearly there , but I was told he was not and would have to call  me back. When I called back, I did get to
speak with him ,but I was sorry to have done so: instead of trying to reassure
me , a long time customer, he started to insult me and say that I was the
problem. Too bad that I want the window cleaning company to dust the screens
and clean around the frame and clean the same windows they have cleaned in
years past !He threatened to have his guys walk away from the job and not
finish!
-Then when the job was done they handed me a bill that was
larger than the one the office had said the job would cost. It was only when I
called the office again they the office manager said, no, it was a mistake and
I should only pay what they had quoted me.
- When the worker left, he said don?t call me to come back
next year. I assured him I most certainly would not!

"Rooster Maintenance did an outstanding job cleaning my windows. I also had them clean my gutters.. Fantastic job was done on windows and gutters. Definitely would recommend this company"

"I’ve been using Lucia’s services for about 4 months for weekly house cleaning. Her cleaners arrive within the same 3 hour window every week and usually take about an hour to clean our 4 bedroom home (vacuum, mop, dust, and clean kitchen and bathroom surfaces). They are reliable and do a great job. I provided some feedback to Lucia early on and it was acted upon promptly and professionally. I would recommend!"

"Cleaned all ductwork for heating and air conditioning and left them immaculate. Cleaned dryer vent inside and outside and dry works so much better Truly professional and neat I would highly recommend"

"Best cleaning service ever! Highly recommended. They are not the cheapest company, but they work the hardest. Pay the price they quote, and you wont be disappointed. I am now hiring them for my home, and I am a perfectionist. Five Stars!"

"Ruben did a thorough check and proposed the most cost effective solution for us. He is very detail oriented in his work, and in addition to the cleaning, he also pointed out certain issues we should be care of in the future and suggested efficient ways to solve them on our own."

"We had our Viking stove and oven deep cleaned by All Hood Cleaning. We are quite happy with the results. Will definitely use them again in the future."
