"Two service calls within warranty time of first service- charged for both calls. $220.00 to align burner caps- !! Continued to insist 2nd call was due to clear orifice as well as align burner caps. Gave me discount $123.05. - REALLY? ABSOLUTELY should have never been charged for 2nd call. Be sure to have tech give you a Job Status card of work done. I was not given one on first service call. Also, warranty information is listed- 90 days- another bit of information not communicated. Job#464927 SG Date of work 12/20/22 I will NOT be using Nebraska Home Appliances Repair- I was totally taken advantage of."

"The person doing the work was very professional and thorough. We have had the ducts cleaned in the past, but they did not do nearly as thorough a job as this person did. He cleaned the return line at the furnace, the fan motor and A-coil."

"Christopher and Michael did an excellent job cleaning our ducts. They had never been cleaned since the house was built in 1985. They explained every single step of what they did. Christopher was very customer oriented and welcomed every one of our questions. Michael was equally helpful. It took 1/2 day to clean the system and 1/2 day to do the sealing. The leakage in our system was reduced by 94%. I can feel the higher air flow from the ducts. Every room on all three floors is now within 2 degrees of the thermostat setting. Equal comfort in the basement rooms as well as the 2nd floor rooms."
