"Jose is a professional who cares about the quality of the work he does.  He arrived on time, quickly set up and started washing the windows.  He carries his own water tank with a water softening system so that the water he uses does not leave spots or streaks.  It is not power washing, either; he uses a gentle scrubber.  We were extremely pleased with the appearance of our windows and with the cost.  He also cleans chimneys (in fact, that's how he started and then added windows for a more even year-round work load, and we will also use him to clean our chimney. <br />"

I did have to call to have them come back because when  they pulled out the oven to check under it for the water, the plug came out and they did not replace the plug. So that was just one little thing but they came back and they plugged it back in. When they left I had to push the refrigerator back to the wall because it was left out where they put it.  If they had done that, I think I would have given them an A."

In addition to this, the dryer vent hose is about 20 feet and goes through the foundation before it exits the home. Owner and technician, LJ, was diligent and careful when moving the dryer and refrigerator to access the vent opening. He was also careful while in the flower bed to access the vent exit. Clogs were removed and the dryer is now running very well. The fireplace was cleaned of ashes, chimney swept and inspected. All reported in good condition. A cloth was used to cover the hearth and floor in front of the fireplace All dust was contained and there was no evidence of dust or ashes in the surrounding area. Excellent work.....plus......a little something extra. On his way out, LJ took a drill and secured a fence picket that he noticed was loose!"
