"We signed the contract in July 2020 with the promise they could start right away. We paid the deposit picked our colors and it went down hill from there. They tasked my husband with getting the permits because it would be cheaper and proceeded to get approval from the wrong HOA. We had just gotten new air conditioning units and they said they would cover the units they did not. They tore our old deck down and did not return for three months. When they were digging to install the deck they hit our internet and took it out. We were told our first choice of colors was back ordered so we went with our second choice, which they claimed was delayed again. They failed to get enough material to complete the deck which resulted in another delay. Our neighbors complained about their workers it was very embarrassing. We agreed to a herring bone pattern, which they did not do and it had to be redone resulting in more delays. When the inspector came from the county the had installed the rails incorrectly. When they were supposedly finished the deck had too much give, the rails were loose, all the exterior was not covered in white and there were various touch ups needed and construction debris all over our yard. Oscar came by with some story he needed to pay his workers and there was one day of work left and could we pay the remainder of our balance. We refused he sent some other guy to mediate who’s said he would be done in a day. Three days later the deck was done. Don’t do business with this company. It took them 8 months to complete the deck, they used cheap materials, the workmanship was shoddy and we over paid."
