The original estimate was for $1,400.00 at the end of the day Andy showed back up and hit me up for an additional $ 994.94 without any warning about the price going up in advance. So, they did get the job done but it certainly was not perfection, and the original estimate was more in line with their skill level and quality of their work, I was irritated about the massive price increase and finding the broken things after they were gone. Custom One must competently fix the tape, texture, bull- nosed corners, paint whereas their workers have failed to do so properly and in professional manner, or Custom One will refund client in the amount of $2500. All work must pass final City of Oklahoma City inspection schedule, to include but not limited to: electric, plumbing, HVAC,…. Custom One must complete a proper final cleaning of finished area or shall pay client in the amount of $500. If Custom One cannot fulfill these terms, the client seeks to void contract with Custom One and shall be refunded in the amount of $35,000."
