But left the floor as dirty as when they began. They came back to see what I was complaining about and they said I made the floor dirty again. I told them before they took the job that if they could not get it clean please don't accept the job but they insisted they could get it clean. I spent close to $400 and did not get satisfaction. "

"They showed up at 1030am after having a 9am appointment. Granted there was snow days prior but roads were clear. After showing up late they decided to eat around 1130am. The cleaners were busy on their phone, chatting it up and clearly not focused or interested in the job at hand as I had to be behind them from their arrival till 5pm departure to make sure they actually did their jobs right.
