Did a walk through, and contract signing gave them half down (all professional up to this point). Then it went downhill. Short story, the job is done 2.5 months later. Sales guy goofed, mishandled the situation. Water behind the fascia, lights not reinstalled, coax not put back. Countless emails, calls etc. Just got off the phone with Charles who went off on me because he thought I was some other guy. But at least I let them finish the job, not like the other guy from last year. Well, apparently I am not the only one."
