"I'd give them a "B" because there was one issue that when they installed the furnace the base kind of covered the sump pump. It was relatively easy. The inlet pipe basically all we did we used a flexible hose joint on that to basically separate the pipe. Then you could pull the pipe out and then take the cover off. There's about 2 inches underneath being covered."

"The mini van had suffered numerous parking lot dings and several dents/scrapes. We had front bumper damage from contact with a concrete post. Rear bumper damage from backing up into a retaining wall. Long dents/scrapes from backing out of our garage. <br /> Bad door ding/dent from the wind slamming the opening door into a light post. The first estimate from another repair shop was for <br /> $4,250. As our insurance is a $500 deductible per oops. The damage was from 4 separate instances, our deductible would have been $2,000. Also a <strong>large increase</strong> would have been seen in the insurance premiums. <br /> BOON'S TWISTED ESSENTIALS gave us a quote of $1750. With no need to go through the insurance company we saw no increase in out insurance. They did great work! The work was completed on schedule. The van now looks like new. My wife is now happy to drive her minivan and is no longer embarrassed to be seen by others when around town and driving to work. <br /> I've only had 3 previous experiences with body shop in 40 years of driving. This was the best experience bar far. Boon's Twisted Essentials is a small shop but has excellent results. <br />"
