"Sal was thorough when looking at the area in question. He inspected inside and outside of the house. He knew everything to look for and made sure that he did not leave anything out. He was honest in his estimate of what could be done beyond the repairs already made. He was extremely responsive and on time. He was great to work with. The next time I have work that has to be done I will be giving him a call first and I will refer him to others."

"James is tremendous, quickly fixed the issue!! excellent pricing."

"Tony did a wonderful job on my carpet. It looks 100 percent better. It had started to curl in several places. He is professional, punctual and excells in his craft. I highly recommend Tony."

"I've worked with Nate in the past and when we moved to our new house, he was my first call. Over the summer, he pulled up carpet, painted and put hardwood floors down in two rooms. More recently, he figured out a way to build out the wall and install a french door on a previously open loft. He also figured out a way to remove a threshold in a door that was way too high and a tripping hazard. Nate is always punctual, professional, does impeccable work and always leaves the job site clean. From the initial quote to completion, he is the consummate professional. I can't say enough great things about this company -- Nate is programmed in my cell phone for all future projects!"

"BTR went to great pains to confirm the leak was with the roof, not the window.  Upon completion of the repair, the BTR rep was confident he had solved the problem -- and he was right!  (I discovered the leak a year before, which my initial roofer was not able to discern.)  Had I replaced the window (which would have meant replacing all three windows due to a manufacurer's design change), I might have paid $2500, which would have still left me with a leak.  Fixing the roof saved me both financial and mental anguish.  BTR is now my roofer of record.  Professional, courteous, pleasant to work with, and got the job done!"
