Our experience from the sales and information meeting, pre-installation, installation, and final review and inspection were excellent and informative. All of our questions were answered and demonstration of window use were great."

"What went well: -Manager was a prompt, helpful communicator -Quality of workmanship was good -Both workers were skilled -When discussing exactly how much wall to tear out and how much siding to replace he was very willing to 'do as much or little as you want.' What didn't go well: -Labor cost is appx $1/minute per worker. Both workers came and looked at the situation, then BOTH left to get supplies and were gone over 2 hours. Granted the siding to my house can be difficult to find, but since BOTH went shopping, shopping time alone cost $200. -Part of the project involved installing a dog door. When the guy went to install it, it was missing piece, so I had to go to PetSmart and buy another one. When I left, he said, "I guess I'll just sit in my truck until you get back." I said, "You could cut the sheetrock or bead board." I was only gone about 20 minutes, and when I got back, the garage where the sheetrock and bead board were stored was still closed and he was not at the work area. Pretty sure that smoking break cost me $20. -Later that day, I didn't hear any activity for about 20 minutes and saw them on a smoke break. $40 smoke break. There were other smoke breaks as well, and I understand they need a little break, but 20 min seemed excessive. Perhaps they should have take a formal lunch break. -The day after they left, I went to paint and found about half the nail holes not caulked and part of the sheetrock work was lumpy and not sanded. Conclusion: Overall nice job, but due to the unfinished work and extra cost, I wouldn't use them again."

"We have an 1976 contemporary era home with original cedar siding. I had a hard time finding someone who had experience doing repair work on such expensive and delicate material until I found Vail-Syde Construction. Ruston was an absolute professional and pleasure to work with. He showed up when he said he would, didn’t try to upsell me, was able to source the cedar siding which is not readily available and does top quality work in a timely manner. He and his crew put our house back together beautifully and we are thrilled to have found such a great company to work with. I have hired many subcontractors for our home renovation over the last year and Ruston is a stand out. I plan to use them in the future for all our siding repairs and more."

"I arranged with work with the owner Tony. Tony explained no matter what guard you use, and despite what salesmen tell you, you will still have to have them cleaned periodically. I beleive this as my neighbors on each side have guard sytems different from Rx and must have them cleaned. Nick, Jason and Dennis arrived on time, were professional, knowledgeable and efficient. I had approximately 280 ft of 6" gutter over 3 floors of my house. They completely cleaned all gutters and installed the Rx gutter guard system. The install was in September 2017. I waited to provide this review as I wanted to see how they worked, I am very happy with this purchase, it takes the rain well, blocks leaves as intended and was not nearly as expensive as other products."

"They came more or less on time. Our house is a little bit off difficult to find. They immediately got to work and I went inside and didnt hear from them until they asked me to get the other car out of the garage. Both the car and suv were cleaned exceptionally well. We had a few spots on each car that really needed some work to remove them, and they did so without me even pointing them out. They spent almost 5 hours at our house."
