"It is long-term. We have used them every month for a year or a year-and-a-half. At first, they came out once every two weeks, but now for last six months, they showed up once-a-month. We both supply the cleaning materials like she has her own and then if she needs something and I got it, I provide it. So between the two of us, everything is covered. At this point, they do not wash our windows. That is something in the future we might ask them to do but not at this point. I think they do a good job."

I suggest that potential customers ask what products are used, in case customers are allergic to fragrance or do not want Scotchgard.I did not realize ahead of time that these products were going to be used and would not have chosen them. This is why I have given a 4-star rating. However, the workmanship was excellent and Mr. Walker responded promptly to the request for cleaning."
