Based in Cincinnati, we take care of the tri-state area but we have expanded our operations to the Dayton area now. Measured windows incorrectly and expected me to be ok with rigging the windows to try to make them fit. Ethical contractors would admit their mistake and re-order the correct size windows. still owes me over $1k. I filed a BBB complaint and Kevin didn't respond to it so his BBB license has been revoked. Good luck if you make the poor choice to employ his services."
