He presented a full description of the materials to be used and all the details of how the job would be done. The crew showed up half an hour early, moved our patio furniture out of the way to protect it, and then went to work. They all worked in sync, all constantly moving, polite and well mannered. Such a great team. Our roof was done that same day and all the debris was completely cleared away before they left.
