A month or two went by without a word, so I called and was promised a call back, but it never came. The e-mail approving the shutters is dated 11 September and the one asking for the repair is dated 9 October. I placed a phone call after that, but the only response has been silence. Evidently they handle the big items well but not the little ones, and they've turned their back to me."
