"I am frustrated that every time I have to schedule a service maintenance appointment my technician is a no show and I have to reschedule my appointment. This latest appointment frustration stems from I had an appointment scheduled for Friday, 02/07 in the afternoon scheduled by Jazz 601-258-3847. The technician was a no show, no call. My appointment was rescheduled by Jazz for Saturday, 03/21 between 8 and 12. I confirmed with Jazz via text message Friday 03/20 at 9:11 am. I received a call from dispatch at 11:15ish stating I was being rescheduled and I needed to make my appointment Mon-Fri. I would like to be scheduled in the morning on the next available Saturday. And I would like that my technician keep the appointment instead of being a no show, no call and/or being rescheduled at random by dispatch."

He inspected the chimney, made a recommendation, quoted a price, I asked him to add a couple of services -which- he did and almost the entire job was completed in one visit. He had to return with the properly sized cap. I paid him for all the work completed and not-completed and he returned in a few days and finished, as promised. I almost wish I had another chimney just so I could do business with him again. Oh... did I mention that a chimney that had been leaking rain into the house, and onto the ceiling for a long, long time does NOT leak anymore ?! Can you tell I'm happy about this?"
