"No. I am in Fenton so I am told they have a logistics problem. A new guy started last year. He was poor from the start. He was learning . I asked some questions that he did not know the answer which is ok if your learning so he said he would ask at office and have someone contact me . 3-4 weeks later I still was not contacted because he forgot and he never folliowed up. He covers Fenton. This year he damaged my klawn by not picking upo on insec ts and the so called treatments for crab grass and others never worked in the front lawn so it is rampant. They sent out a manager to a**** and treat but he is not my manager. I told him I did not want Andrew back. His manager--Eric says he would be back. I am cancelling services after Mark fixes the damage Andrew has done. would not trecommend them. Had no trouble with technicians first 2 years. This guy is incompetentn and any company who is forcing someone you don't want and is incompetent and causes damage is a very poor company . A thought if a doctor messed up bad on surgery for you and you wanted a different doctor and they dsaid : no: how would anyone put up with it. I know it is because3 I am a female. They would be kissing my feet if I was a male. If they have a logistics problem that is their problem I am not going to accept inadequate service when I pay like everyone else. So I'll do it this way"

"The company went above and beyond with making sure all our questions were answered. They brought out pieces of all the pipe and tile that was being used and explained how everything was going to work. They were respectful with communicating the times they would be working, they were respectful not using any profanity while working. The job was done in a timely manner. The most impressive thing was that they replanted our rhubarb plant and replaced or upgraded any issues with our sprinkler system as they went along. "Paul was very honest on the door they offer - a well constructed door with reasonable price. The technicians Jason and Andrew did a very good job leveling the garage door since mine garage floor is not level. They also did very good work hooking up to the old garage door opener, making sure it works. They even replaced two old smaller angle brackets with their new large ones. I also appreciate the subtle things that look trivial but very important such as adjusting the spring forces and tightening lock nuts appropriately etc. The new door looks nice and solid!"
