Charlie, the owner, is a charming guy and makes lots of promises to get the work done and done right - don't be fooled, though. I was fooled by him. He strung me along for over a month and then the day before he was supposed to do the work he backed out. He was more interested in telling me how many stars he has on his social media page then figuring out a solution. I'm sure he will responded to this review with something charming and inaccurate. Just don't be fooled like I was."
