The distance was the only reason I didn't include them in the first round of estimates. They were meticulous and seemed tireless with the sanding. They didn't rush, taking it apart to make sure it was done properly. I'd already purchased the stain based on the previous contractor's recommendation but they still gave me the 3- year guarantee on their work. The cold nights/morning dew resulted in an extra day but they showed up on Saturday to not only finish but include me in the "walk through" to make sure no spots were missed during the second coat, no drip spots, etc. I'd definitely hire Missi Painting again and I'm looking forward to recommending them to everybody I know. Then he stAlked me. I involved the police."
