"I contacted him on the Next door App to replace an exterior storm door. He came on October 29 or so and put in the door. The door wasnt long enough so, I he had to order a piece and I had to give him an extra $53. He said hed come back on Monday or whenever the piece came to caulk the door everything else its now January 2. He never came back with the piece. He never came back to caulk the door. Hes not responding to m. as of December 6., he said the part was coming in a couple days and he would contact me to finish the job and never did and now hes not answering any phone calls or text messages. Never got a receipt any type of paperwork anything cause he was supposed to come back and caulk the door and finish with the PC ordered. I have text message from him the whole time saying he ordered the piece showing me. It was taking some time to get here that he is gonna come back and finish in nothing. "

"We are very happy with the work product of the privacy fence built on my garage deck. The privacy fence matches the other sections of the fence that already exist which was the goal. It did take a couple calls to get a start date after a period of not hearing anything since the deposit was paid. In addition, once the work was complete, I was sent an updated invoice and was told it was due to the increased cost of lumber since the estimate. There was a lumber charge which was reasonable and the estimate did say the cost could change. What I didn’t appreciate was that an additional charge of added for labor for an assistant that was not included in the original estimate or discussed prior to work starting. The company removed the fee without argument when questioned. If I hadn’t compared the new invoice to the estimate and questioned it, I would have thought it was the lumber charge. My recommendation is to be a smart consumer and be sure to compare the estimate with the final invoice."

Ed handled the demands and specifications of our HOA very well. Installation of the door and window were completed in a day- the crew was clean, efficient, and courteous.
