"This Particular franchise with the solutionist Jeremy is the only franchise I am talking about. Some of his remarks were in order: 1) I dont look at my emails 2) you did not pay your bill when in fact I paid before they left my property. When he checked he said I see where you have paid but NEVER apologized. 3)When I told him The down spouts going from one to another were leaking his reply we don't seal them 4) I told him I wanted to speak to the owner ( Richard ) he said he would let him know. 5) FIVE days later I called Corporate and reported this. 6) on the SIXTH DAY RICHARD called me back and wanted to know what was wrong. Did Jeremy not tell him? He finally said they would come and seal up ALL the connections. This was not a difficult job and again this was ONLY this particular franchise store. If this survey would let me give a LOWER rating I would have."

"From the very beginning, Adel was very professional and above all else...honest! I was quoted $3000 to $12000, by 3 other companies. I had to sit through 2-3 hours of very pushy salesman. Adel, came out to my home, measured and left me a quote. I hired him, that same night. My gutters were installed today! What a difference this makes my house look! He delivered exactly what he told me he would do! If anyone is looking for new gutters or to replace old ones, unless you like spending thousands of dollars, call Adel at Gutterman. Amazing company!
