I reached out to Jackie and she rallied the troops (while she was on vacation!!) and got someone from her team to rush over and caulk a compromised spot on the roof, which kept us dry until the new roof was put on. "My apologies to the company...I don't recall the gentleman's name that responded but he was very friendly and professional, and provided some good education on roof repair for me while performing the work. As a result of recent thunderstorms a 4-foot section of roof raised up, due to nails failing to hold. The gentleman who came over said that shouldn't have happened but was successfully able to both restore the roof and add additional reinforcement to that area. He also walked around on the rest of the roof and made a few additional minor repairs/reinforcements. Admittedly, the cost was a bit much for about 1 hour worth of work, but reading online that isn't abnormal. It did influence me to look into a home warranty to cover future similar incidents. I will definitely consider this company for future work though."

"Goode Brothers promptly provided an honest estimate for the actual work that needed to be done. They did not try to have me pay for unneeded repairs. Their pricing was fair, their web-based system for estimates, contracts, payments, and receipts is incredibly helpful, easy to use, and really makes the entire process a breeze. Goode Brothers also sent out the roofer promptly and that roofer did a great job. Goode Brothers also provided photos of the work (for insurance reasons): before, during, and after. I am extremely satisfied and will gladly recommend their services in in the future."
