"Jose did a great job. He didn't ask for any money up front, instead waiting until the job was about half done to ask for a portion of the fee . He and his partner were timely, professional, and put in a lot of hours. They really wanted to make sure I was happy with the work and I am. He was patient with me as I wasn't sure of the color so he put some on the house and let me look at it to decide before going further. He also just really went above and beyond expectations. His fee was very reasonable and included more than other bids. For instance, he did a lot of caulking around the house, he painted the pillars (including TONS of finish nail holes left by the builder 9 years ago) on our porch and all the trim. The other bid we had was significantly higher, and didn't include the porch pillars or any trim. And Jose could start within a couple of weeks instead of a couple months. He essentially did the porch for free. Although it wasn't part of our original agreement, he also offered to sand and stain our small back deck as well. He was meticulous and overall just did a very nice job, and is a nice guy as well. I expect the paint to last for some time as he used good quality paint and did a spray on coat and a roll on coat as well."

In early Spring we reached out to T&A, with not knowing any contractors in the area etc we were very lucky to find them. Got us on the schedule and assisted us with colors, the process etc. After it was all said and done we were not only absolutely impressed with the staining of our deck but know they are available for so much more.
