"We had a high complexity project requiring working with 2 separate homeowners for a single structure (an 1891 townhouse). The team at Keyprime were extremely clear about project risks and expectations, and that meant that when additional issues were discovered during the project, we already knew about the possibility and were prepared to deal with them. The price is relatively high for a re-roof/new gutters, but the material quality is excellent and the workmanship is great."

"We got a very competitive quote from Raymond Strantz with TRS Builders. He seemed quite knowledgeable about roofing so we hired TRS to tear-off and re-shingle our older house in Minneapolis. The roof has some challenging conditions with steep slopes, a stucco dormer, brick chimney, valleys, etc.. I asked Raymond to quote Owens Corning hail resistant shingles, which was not the usual brand TRS provides but they did a very nice job installing them. I recommended Raymond and TRS to a couple in Burnsville and they also were very pleased with the service (which included working with their homeowner's insurance) and quality of workmanship."
