"I had Geno replace my gutters & install gutter guards in July. I waited to review the work until now so I could determine how the gutters handled the falling leaves. I am very pleased with the job Geno did. It took him & his crew about 4 hours to do the job & did an excellent clean up job when they left. I have had no clogged gutters & the wind blows off the leaves. I had 3 estimates for the job. His reviews were excellent & I felt his gutter guard was very good & he came in with the lowest bid. I recommended Geno to a friend, who also was pleased with his work. I will certainly recommend him to others & will use him in the future if I need additional roofing or siding repairs."

"Summit was very responsive and did a fantastic job! Dan came out quickly and provided an estimate as promised. He was very honest and no pressure. He said our roof didn't need to be done this year--that it still had a couple years life left. However, our gazebo roof, which was in bad shape needed replacing. They scheduled the job quickly. The crew came and did an excellent job! The gazebo roof looks great and surrounding area was left as clean as it was found. We will be doing our main roof in the next year or so and for sure we will use Summit again! Highly recommend."

"Lenny is a very professional roofer. We called him at noon and he came on the same day in the evening. He did not only go into the attic to check the leaking area but also climbed up to the roof and walked thru the entire area. We eventually hired Lenny to replace the entire roof after we compared his proposal with the other roofers. The price was very reasonable and competitive. "If you want a job done the right way, hire Maestro. Our 4000 square foot house was built in 1908 and was covered and recovered over the years with more layers of stucco in uneven patches all over the house. 60% of the house is original, and 40% is an addition. Maestro expertly removed all of the existing stucco, which revealed rotten wood and a crack in our cast iron plumbing stack. They told us what the cheaper temporary fixes would be, and the more expensive permanent solution (knowing that their work would be halted while repair on the stack was completed by a third party). They took the time to have an honest conversation of the pros and cons for each, and when asked told us which option they would choose for their own house. We ultimately chose the permanent solution of halting the stucco work to replace the plumbing stack. Maestro replaced all of the rotten wood on the entire original structure, insulated the house (which was never insulated), re-stuccoed with three coats, re-pointed the stone foundation, replaced and re-routed the downspouts, and repaired and painted the exterior trim. We were given an estimate prior to each phase of the work, and we were never asked for additional compensation outside of those estimates. Our house was once considered an eyesore, and now people go out of their way to tell us how amazing it looks. Through the whole process, they showed concern for our happiness and for the finished product. Bottom line is, Maestro is unlike any other contractor we have ever hired. They do what they say they will do, for the cost that they say it will be, within the time-frame estimated, and do not need to be managed by you.They also always answered the phone when I called, if not they actually would return my call within the same day! Definitely would recommend if you are looking for a contractor that fits this description."
