"I have been an Angi fan for many years and take these comments very seriously. We have hired this company to perform our seasonal landscape clean up and mulch for at least 5 seasons. The property takes over 20 yards of mulch and they never cut corners. Always working hard to get the plant beds cleaned and the edging correct before laying mulch. After reviewing photos of their work on paver patios and walkways, this year we hired them to repair an 18 year old paver patio with two separate walkways and staircases. This was a lot of work. Most other contractors just wanted to tear it all out and start over. They agreed to tackle the job for us. It is apparent that sometimes it is just as difficult to repair something than to build it new. They demonstrated their skill level by providing us with an excellent job. Also, the owner and the crew are very trustworthy. Most importantly, Ismael’s attitude towards business is to satisfy his customer. "*  The top layer of grass was removed from the section between the fence and the driveway, but they didn't clear down far enough
   to allow the Red Stone to set down in the ground where the grass had been.  The weed barrier fabric was put in place almost
   level with the driveway, so that most of the Red Stone is driveway level or above.  This means that the stones keep falling out of
   the border area into the driveway.
*  Rather than being removed, the weeds were just turned-over in the garden beds.
 
*  The pots were placed in the gardens as requested. However, more than 1.5  to 2 inches of mulch were installed  -
   as much as 4 to 5 inches in most areas, totally covering the Vinca Minor plants in one bed. When I asked about the plants
   having been covered over, Tom said they would be fine.   When I asked if they could spread any "extra" mulch in a bed located
   on the other side of the house that also contains Vinca Minor, he said covering those plants is "not recommended".  I questioned 
   why, then they'd covered the same plants on the bed on the other side of the house.  He didn't answer.
*  Instead of "neatening or straightening" the existing beds in the backyard as I'd requested, they just edged those beds following
    the edges that had grown in crookedly.
    When I talked to Tom Garro about coming back to address the edging of the garden beds, he said that he was to "define the existing beds" and he said he'd done that and wasn't coming back.  I'm guessing he wasn't thrilled that on the day they arrived I'd asked him to place six pots in the back garden as well.  I don't know.  I just know that I had to try to uncover all the young Vinca plants that they'ed covered with 3 to 4 inches of mulch; and I had to try to straighten/neaten the edging of the gardens along the sides and back of our backyard.  That was frustrating because that was what we'd paid Land Details to do.

"Miguel Amaya did work on my neighbors driveway and so we inquired about doing a patio in our yard. Miguel came over gave a quote and completion time-line. He was friendly professional and extremely sincere. Its hard to find good contractors I always look for integrity, honesty, professionalism and quality. Miguel possesed all 4 qualities so we decided to go with the patio. We discussed design and paver color combination. Miguel assured me the As the project started we decided to add benches and some landscaping on the side of the house and behind the patio. Miguel and his crew were all very polite kind and thorough. The workmanship is incredible and Miguel takes pride in his work so every aspect is checked. The project came out better than I expected and I am beyond pleased. We now have an additional living space where we can entertain and host gatherings I am extremely satisfied with the patio. Its absolutely beautiful.
