"After seeing the fantastic job that Sasha and his team at WELES US FLOORING did refinishing the floors in my son's home we decided to get him to come out and give us a quote. In this day and age we were pleased to see that Sasha responded to our initial contact promptly, and arrived at our home exactly when promised. We found Sasha to be courteous and professional. We requested that Sasha give us a quote to refinish the floors in our large family room, our kitchen, the eat-in area, bathroom and hallway. He clearly explained what the process would entail, provided written explanations of the process and materials used, and made suggestions without making us feel pressured.
