"Placed order approximately 3 months before the work was performed. When I called to get a quote they responded very promptly and came out to give me a quote. I purchased the gutter helmet system on that day. The only problem was that they could not get out to do the install until 3 months later. I thought that was a very long wait time to get the product installed. At least I didn't have to pay for the gutter helmet guards until after they were installed. The installer showed up on the scheduled day and time just fine. He was very professional about his work and did a very good job. I am pleased with how the gutter helmet performs.

Good installers, but concrete dust everywhere and crew's ladders tore up my yard.
Crew does work with ladders instead of pump jacks, so the crew ladders marring the James Harding factory finished caused many punch list items.
Window installers good, but leaves windows clean to siding installer foreman.
Too many punch list items, and too much time spent having to create the list.

"Out of the five places I called, Ryals was one of the two that called me back.  His price was about $250 cheaper than my other estimate.  Shawn (owner) did the estimate and explained what he recommended for my house.  Very conscientious about the aesthetics of the gutters as well as how they should drain.  After the job was finished, he took me around the house and showed the work.  The job was cleaned up nicely.  You never met a nicer bunch of guys!  Thanks Shawn.
