Christmas Day we had a leak I called and he answered and came out the next day to repair my roof. The owner was professional and polite and made my roof a priority!  We joked about how santa ruined my roof! I was amazed how fast the repair took and how  quick he came out over a holiday. We are on a fixed income and procrastinating to get our roof redone. I definitely called the right company because they made it way more affordable than we anticipated.

update: I would not spend the time to respond if you didn't call my review bogus.
First of all, review a service is not the priority of many working people. I would not say two weeks is a long delay.
Second, I was not at home when the service was done. I did not receive a phone call afterward to confirm if the result was good.
Finally, the roof still has lots of pine needles on it. I would not call that clean.
