"I have had American Lawn and Tree Specialists for 5 years. I absolutely love them. Mr. Perry is top notch and does an exceptional job. He knows his stuff and does more than the big box fertilizing companies. He always goes above and beyond. Sometimes I don't get my leaves up before the last treatment and Mr. Perry will blow the leaves to the sidewalk and proceed with the treatment. The big box companies just sprayed overtop of the leaves. Mr. Perry also educated me on yellow nutsedge, which he kindly kills out of my yard to keep it healthy. Whenever I have have a question or a concern, he responds immediately. You can't go wrong with this company. They are exceptional at what they do."

The price was reasonable and Stacey came out to our house and went over how much he would charge for the services asked. We had an overall yard clean up and mowing done. Everything looked great! "Things were going quite well until I inquired about bagging excess grass that lay on the lawn and flower beds after the job was done. I was then told that it would cost an extra $3.00 weekly to bag grass. I decided to rake up the excess instead (saving money for me). I thought the grass was being cut too low; therefore,  I then inquired about mower blade height and was told it would cost an extra $4.98 weekly to raise or lower the blade. I have been a homeowner for longer than the provider is old, have had several lawn companies attend my lawns and have never, ever, heard of such a thing....from any company.
The provider simply wrote, "If I did not charge every customer the labor to change blades or lower, or raise them I would be loosing every job. If I did not charge to bag I will be loosing with dump fees labor fees. Eventually it will add up. Please understand ." He said it would take an extra 10 minutes to adjust blades. The county waste dump is within 5 miles.
Needless to say, his services were terminated.  What started out as a $25 weekly fee would have increased to $31.92 weekly and $131.92 monthly  instead of $100 monthly per 4 weeks  had I accepted the provider's proposal.
 Mind you, clipping hedges and general lawn work was not included....just mowing. Oh, after the family mulched the flower beds, the provider's crew blew grass clippings in the beds atop the mulch. Yes, I did mention this to the provider and the blowing continued. I was simply  not satisfied. Perhaps someone else might like the additions, but not us. My neighbor, I think, uses their services and might be satisfied. I did not inquire.

"Cand S Lawncare comes to my house on a weekly basis to mow our lawn. They are always on time and if it happens to be raining on my usual lawn day, the come out the very next clear day. Dealing with the owner, Chris is a pleasant experience and he is always available to answer questions, help with any issues that may arise, etc. The only reason I gave them a and quot;Band quot; for quality is because we've had to tell them on several occasions to mow along where our property line actually is and not where they think it might be and because I often see some missed areas of trimming under the large pine trees along our fence. Other than those couple things, everything has always been great and I recommend them to anyone looking for a good company that does a good job at a very fair price.
