Even the estimator admitted he didn't explore what he needed to, and that he did not know the local codes. Worse, they did not show integrity when a problem arose with work they had done previously. I rue the day we hired them."

We got a bill for $ 465 I called and questioned and was told they charge $125 dollars / hour, which was fine. I did not know they charge for travel time which by the way was hour and half. We were not told this pre Service. Needless to say we would never have given them the job! Also they charged me over $100 dollars for the thermostat! And it was a generic questioned them about that also and they said nothing! In other words too bad! Very very dissapointed in them and also myself because I was stupid, and feel very cheated."
