"I have been absolutely thrilled with this company.  They did a beautiful job installing the 5 Solatubes in June.  Right after installation, we got a ton of rain.  No leakage problems whatsoever.  Same thing with the installation of 6 additional Solatubes in October.  Al is very considerate in keeping things clean and picking up after himself.  He cares about doing a great job, and it shows.  Every time I reached out to Rich (the owner) and Al, I received responses right away.  This is a great company.  Now that I know they do other things, such as cleaning windows, gutter cleaning, power washing--I will use them for those services as well.

"Presidential Exteriors is a great company to do a roof replacement with! We had our roof replaced in early February 2021 and we couldn’t be happier. The whole team was amazing to work with. Nate worked closely with us every step of the way to make sure we were happy and getting the best product and prices possible. He really made us feel like family. Elena was great at communicating every step of the process. The day of installation team was amazing. They dropped off the equipment one day before the project even though it had snowed the night before. The morning they came to do the roof, we still had ice on the roof, but instead of delaying the project, they scraped all of the ice off our roof and still got the whole roof done in one day! Our new roof is great and we couldn’t be happier. We very highly recommend Presidential Exteriors for any roof inspection and roof replacement. We will absolutely be keeping them on our list for any future projects with our house."

"We had our roof replaced by Springfield roofing and they did an excellent job. Andre was easy to work with, professional, and timely. We are really happy with the work!"

"I researched out to Home Genius Exteriors for a quote on a new roof. I made the call on Thursday and got an appointment for Sunday. I was wondering what company would be flexible enough to come out on the weekend. Paul arrived he was pleasant, funny, courteous and knowledgeable of the product. He was the best representative I have dealt with in a long time. No pressure to sign on the dotted line. My beautiful roof installed in one day. I highly recommend Home Genius Exteriors for your roofing need. Jackie Corey"

"Docherty Roofing was the most impressive company to respond to my request for a roof replacement. They were the first company to show up and provide us an estimate. John was professional and very knowledgeable, not to mention efficient as a quote was provided on the spot. They also offered a competitive warranty. John is an excellent salesman but did not try to force me into selecting his company. I interviewed a few other companies over a 4 week span and Docherty roofing still remained the most impressive. I provided the deposit and shortly after, the dumpster was delivered and they began working on my roof. Johnâ s team was also wonderful at keeping me informed and cleaning up after the job was done. They even blew away the leaves in my yard! I waited a bit to write this review and so far I have not experienced any leaks from my roof. A+ experience. I would definitely hire John and his team againâ ¦ but hopefully I wonâ t need to!"

"I used St Joseph’s Roofing when I replaced my roof back in 2017. Since I was very happy with their work, zero issues with my roof, I recently rehired them to replace my gutters. Nick, the VP/General Manager helped me through the decision process. Nick was very patience and professional, giving me time to decide while answering my barrage of questions. He assisted with choosing the right gutter guards for the house. (Apparently there are different guards for different trees, such as pine vs oak leaves- something I learned). I ended up getting the seamless aluminum gutters, with matching downspouts and powder-coated gauge steel E-Z Gutter Guards. The crew did a great job with the installation. I had two birds’ nest resting on the downspouts. They carefully removed the nests AND gingerly placed them back after installing the downspouts :) I am very happy with St Joseph’s Roofing and highly recommend them for any roofing or gutter work!"

"Tomas and Antonio were punctual, professional, and skilled. They arrived on time, verified what I was looking to have done. Thoughtfully, when they could not get edging that matched what I had already, Tomas checked if I wanted to match both sides or have a difference. He anticipated I wanted matching. While Tomas went to get supplies, Antonio helped me with a small project (20 mins for him) I could not do myself. They cleaned up very well after their work. I will use JW again, for sure."

"Will have gone with a different porvider who will charge us per jobs rather than charge us for the total project as Pier Point wanted. We are retired and could not afford the to pay for the total job all at once.

"Needed two skylights removed from sunroom that had been leaking for years. Skylights were removed and roof completely enclosed with new roofing materials. Also put new flashing around vent pipe on main house roof at no extra charge. Excellent work and completed in one day."

"Roof looks new again. On time and would hire them again for our next cleaning project."
