"Docherty Roofing was the most impressive company to respond to my request for a roof replacement. They were the first company to show up and provide us an estimate. John was professional and very knowledgeable, not to mention efficient as a quote was provided on the spot. They also offered a competitive warranty. John is an excellent salesman but did not try to force me into selecting his company. I interviewed a few other companies over a 4 week span and Docherty roofing still remained the most impressive. I provided the deposit and shortly after, the dumpster was delivered and they began working on my roof. Johnâ s team was also wonderful at keeping me informed and cleaning up after the job was done. They even blew away the leaves in my yard! I waited a bit to write this review and so far I have not experienced any leaks from my roof. A+ experience. I would definitely hire John and his team againâ ¦ but hopefully I wonâ t need to!"

"The Pierpoint team made a task that might be fraught with a number of difficulties proceed smoothly. From the estimate and agreed upon expectations, handled by Todd Pierpoint, to making selections of our preferences, handled by Kim Pierpoint, the leaders of this company are professional, honest and reliable. This attitude transfers to those who work for them; Chip, John and Ronnie not only were skilled workers, but they treated our family with kindness (even helping our dog, who ended up behind a closed bedroom door and couldn't get out!) and treated our home as if it was their own. John cut tile on the porch during a rainstorm, Ronnie promptly returned to replace a sink that he had previously installed, which was found to have a factory defect, and Chip was the penultimate worker, who was here from start to finish, making sure everything was expertly done, and doing much of the work himself. I cannot say enough about how easy this process was because of the company I hired. I hope to renovate another bathroom with them soon.
