Once we agreed to the bid they were able to start work in just a few days. I already had a plan and plant list from a landscape architect so I was able to share those documents with them. The way how they did concrete an the amount of rebars they use I knew at that time this concrete stays here for a very long time! We started with a bare yard and he laid out stamped concrete, plants, an extensive drip system, 12 volt lighting with timers, and two 110 circuits. He also installed french drains for drainage, and constructed a wooden gazebo kit. He was easy to work with and had many good ideas of his own. He was also prompt and complete. We are very happy."
