"Working with the team at Pavers Express was super easy and we are so pleased with our end product! They helped us come up with a plan for both our front and back yards. We have two little boys and wanted to rearrange our backyard. We worked together to come up with a plan for a new bluestone patio with fire-it (which we use ALL the time!), turf for the kids to play and a place to grow our veggies. We spend so much more time outside now! They also did our entire front yard. We extended our driveway to make it bigger so the car doors don't hit each other. We love the pavers and it instantly elevated the look of our home. They were able to run piping for irrigation and did turf in the front of our home. My favorite part of it all are the blue stone stepping stones up to our front door. we now have a modern house with VERY little maintenance. "Wow! Best contractor experience ever! My project was complicated, and I'm so thankful that I selected NC Marble and Stone Pavers. We replaced 3200 square feet of concrete with pavers around our pool. There was re-grading, new steps, and a heavy jacuzzi that needed to be moved. To make matters worse we were remodeling the swimming pool at the same time with a different contractor, so there were scheduling challenges. I was working from home so I was always going out to check on things, point out minor corrections, and ask their english-speaking crew member lots of naive questions. I made mid-project changes and special requests. Some things were damaged during demolition and I asked for them to be fixed. None of this was any problem for Alex, the owner of NC Pavers, or Eric, his sales manager, and their hard-working crew. They aim to please their customer and were happy to oblige every request I made, even AFTER the final project was done and paid for. Furthermore, Alex and Eric were easy to reach. They answered their phones and texts every time I called. And even though it was a 50-mile drive for Alex, he made a site visit on most of the job days to make sure things were going smoothly. At one point in the project there was a major complication because the pool contractor mounted his coping at the wrong height so it didn't match the paver steps. When the pool guy refused to own his mistake, Alex made things right by offering to fix the pool coping at cost. I would say that NC Marble and Stone pavers is a top notch company in both quality and customer service. And their price was the most competitive as well! "Gomer Basave brought a team of three to four men to construct a 180 foot trench for proper drainage from the landscaped garden to the back of the property. It took six days to build the trench as well as lay the pipes and test the water flow. Throughout the construction, the team worked hard to create the trench and the work was supervised by visits from Basave to the site. Starting with the estimate and proceeding with the work, Gomer Basave was an approachable, responsible and honest contractor who worked with his team to complete the project. The job was not an easy job but Gomer and his crew worked continuously to create a trench that could transport water away from the house. We greatly appreciated working with Gomer and his crew and hope we have the chance to work with them again on other projects."
