"Certainly would not recommend this company or use it again. I booked a move-out cleaning and several of the items that were supposed to be included did not get done. When I reached out to receive a refund, I was told that one could not be provided and then was only given a $25 refund for a service where I paid over $200. This is simply bad business, if your company cannot uphold its promise in terms of service then simply refund a customer‘s money and take accountability for the fact that your employees did not do their job."

"This company requires you to confirm the appt you already booked within 24 hours but they won’t tell you confirming is required until 2 hours before they need the confirmation. They cancelled my appt and I have an event at my home tomorrow. I can’t believe a company would cancel last minute like this. We had a whole back and forth conversation and already confirmed the appt when we made it last week. I have a newborn baby and don’t have time to be checking my texts multiple times a day. They sent me a text yesterday morning letting me know that they require confirmation within 24 hours. This was 2 hours before the 24 hour mark. They basically set me up to fail with that one. Pretty much every business sends confirmation or reminder texts and emails but I’ve never had to confirm an appt I already scheduled."

"The whole process felt easy and a breeze. Two people showed up the day of and briefly went over the package I bought before doing the cleaning. They almost felt a little too nice haha, they asked for permission to unplug certain chords, move fragile things, etc. I was surprised with how detailed the cleaning was though, given that it was the basic package. It feels so refreshing seeing everything so clean plus my partner and I love not having to worry about whose turn it is to clean up. My dogs also had no problem with them and the cleaners even tossed them a treat or two. Iâ ll be using them again and would definitely recommend them to anyone searching for similar services."
