"I hired Basements Love Us for 3 different projects. I recommend them to anyone who has water problems. The 1st time was after storm Sandy flooding, to waterproof my basement. They did a great job, the crew was awesome to work with, was a really dirty job. They covered everything before beginning the work and cleaned up so well when the work was completed. I haven't had any water in my basement since. I hired them the 2nd time, to update my sump pump and replace my battery backup system. I called them the 3rd time, last fall to waterproof my basement steps. They dug the dirt out and coated the outside of the concrete steps. They really stand by their work, I was impressed with the work the guys performed. Unfortunately the earth settled over the winter, due to heavy snow and rain. I called them to let them know the situation. Within a week they were here to re-build the soil and reinforce their work around the steps."

The total project took longer than expected because of weather delays. Mike was always available in the evening to discuss the progress of the work. I was also able to contact Mike after the job was completed and paid for and he came back and did a few little things. This was a big project that I put off doing for at least ten years. It was expensive but well worth the money. I am glad that I finally went ahead and got this work done. "In March 2011, a rock pad was laid as a foundation for our large garage being delivered.  Excellent work performed.  As a result of the impressive, professional job done, we had Rock a Fellas redo our deck in July, 2011.  A re-decking took place with Timbertech decking materials with radiance rails.  This was not an easy job, but Rock was very helpful in offering important advice and opinions on where to select materials etc.  He also took care of ordering the dumpster to haul away debris, a detail which can be overlooked by an overwhelmed customer.  He also rectified any concerns/issues with a prompt, professional manner which ultimately led to our great satisfaction when job was completed. <br />"
