Mark and his crew are hardworking, polite, and were always on time. After my driveway was done they cleaned up everything and they even put back the items they had to move to do the driveway (landscaping, etc.) That was a very nice touch, I was so appreciative that they did that. DAM Concrete is a new company, built off of 10+ years in the trade. I started with my families company in Toledo, OH and then I joined Local 886 as an apprentice and in 4 years I became a Foreman. I decided to move down the Columbus 3 years ago working as a supervisor for a company. I've been on all sorts of projects from residential driveways and stamped patios, to commercial warehouses and apartment building to just name a few. I've always had the goal to own my own company one day, and I'm starting to live that dream.

"I needed to replace my front brick steps from Brick to Concrete. We have been running into loose bricks, pretty much after each winter, to the extent that I was concerned about safety of visitors (my brother-in-law fell on a loose brick). Chris and crew showed up on time (like 1 min early!). And they did a great job taking all the bricks out and pouring concrete instead to give us a peace of mind and a good looking concrete steps. Throughout the process, Chris explained to me what is going on in detail and answered all my questions. I probably asked him the same question a few times and he patiently answered my questions. Chris is a master mason with specialty in concrete. He knows what he is doing and does it well. He is humorous, generous and a gentleman. Chris (personally) spent a lot of time power washing other areas of my pavers even though that was not part of the deal. I offered to pay him for it but he refused and said "I just want the place to look gorgeous when I leave. I highly recommend Chris and his team for any concrete / cement work."

"From the initial consultation with Andrew to the wrap-up of the project, our experience was fantastic! We would hire them again without hesitation! Andrew and his team laid a new driveway and patio for us, in addition to grading our backyard, in Spring 2019. Nearly a year later and we are still thrilled with the results and get a lot of compliments from neighbors (the driveway they replaced was literally in crumbles). We got a lot of quotes for the work, but none had the quality of materials that Andrew uses. While the pricing was on the higher end of all the quotes, Andrew and his team are worth it! They are such hard workers and were at our house each day until the job was done. They cleaned up and even laid topsoil down along the edges of the driveway to make it easier for us to seed. Our neighbors had gotten their driveway done the year before us and commented how WOW'd they were with Andrew's attention to little details like that. The quality of work was great. They graded our driveway and patio and installed a drain so we no longer have water pooling around the garage door. The only thing we have noticed is that because the color of the concrete they use is so light, it stains easily. We have used cleaners that help reduce the discoloration, but it's clear where car tires and leaves have been. That said, we are still thrilled with the work and have no concerns that our driveway and patio will be around for many years to come!"

Nolan Beery came down to Indianapolis to see the piers first hand - and covered them with their lifetime warranty. I was not the original owner that added the piers... they found the receipt that they did do the work many years ago for a previous owner of my home. "Our house is 108 years old and most of the foundation was in terrible shape with bulging, shifting, cracking big enough for possums to get through, and leaking in the front and on both sides. We were on the way to working with another company to do the work when their estimated costs suddenly went sky high and there was no evidence of a contract to show specifically what work they were going to provide. I called Basement Doctor and talked to project manager Rob Forrest, had an evaluation by Al Galko, structural engineer, and met foreman Justin Parks. By the time I had an estimate of cost (expensive, but reasonable for the amount of work that needed to be done) and time (also reasonable at 3 to 4 weeks), and a contract to sign that clearly spelled out the work, I was confident in going ahead with Basement Doctor as provider. The main crew of Justin, Matt, and Greg was amazing--considerate, hardworking, professional, punctual, and neat (cleanup every day). Other crews, also efficient and reliable, came to do specific work such as excavating or electric work. The crew found other problems along the way, and there were 2 change orders clearly specifying the work and cost. When a problem cropped up, Justin always let me know right away with one or more solutions already in mind. Disruption to our daily living was minimal. The crew went above and beyond the letter of the contract, for example, building new steps to the front porch after having to tear off the old ones and other such touches that continue to make our lives easier. The workmanship was excellent, and we are very happy with the end result. Our basement is solid, dry, and safe. I believe it can stand proud for the next 108 years. He handled removal of the old tile and wall board, coordinated with the plumber to install modern valves and fixtures, rebuilt the walls, and installed the new tile. The workmanship was exemplary.
