"The Vitex team headed up by Jason Levin was in a word outstanding.  It was a collaborative effort with the builder and their knowledge of state of the art equipment and software was exceptional.  In a project the size of mine there are the inevitable hiccups however Vitex's ability to understand the issue, send the appropriate technician and modify or correct the issue exceeded my expectations.  Another important note, they were more than happy to work with customer supplied equipment as well as equipment they supplied. "We could not be more impressed with Brannack Electric!! They came out to the house to take a look at the work and give us an estimate and then we set up a day 2 weeks from then to have the service performed. We were having a chandelier hung in our newly converted dining room and they were great about consulting me when they had it up but not wired to make sure I was happy with how it looked. This was a great thing because the chandelier was too big and had to be returned. They came back once I found a new one and finished the job with no problems at all! They also worked with us to solve our problem of 2 ceiling fans on the same remote frequency. We ultimately decided to take one out and replace with a light fixture but getting there took a lot of talking through options and playing around with the programming of the fans and they were so patient with us! All jobs are now completed and working beautifully! My Mom is now having them come out to her house to do some work because they did such a great job at ours. Highly recommend them for your electrical needs.  <br /> Also would like to note they are extremely responsive and get back to you the same day you call and arrived right when they said they would on the days they were scheduled to do the work! <br />"

"Our project involved removing and old retaining wall, walkway and front steps, and installing a new two tiered Goshen Stone retaining wall, with integrated steps and walkway. In addition, we added on a new front porch, which had two columns that were veneered with Goshen stone. <br /> <br /> Lee met with us in April to discuss the project and enter a bid. Lee spent two hours with us going over the details of the project and suggesting ideas. <br /> <br /> We met with 5 other landscapers, and while most of them required multiple calls to get answers to questions, or to come up with a quote, Lee was always responsive, and extremely helpful throughout. Several times I would email Lee with a question around 8 pm, and he would respond that same evening. When we asked Lee if he could bring over samples, he dropped them off that night, or first thing the next morning. <br /> <br /> Once the project started, Lee's crew was very courteous, and made an effort to keep the site as clean as possible. I get home from work late, so most nights I would get home after the crew was gone for the day. But if I called Lee with questions, he always responded that same night. Once, I had a question on a Friday night, and Lee came over first thing Saturday morning to take care of it. <br /> <br /> The work was done on time, and on budget. PLus Lee did several extras without me even asking. For example, part of the project included expanding part of my driveway, which Lee did. But then he took the time to fix a number of cracks and potholes in my driveway with the leftover asphalt. <br /> <br /> I am incredibly impressed both the workmanship and the customer service. I would happily recommend CS Landscaping to anyone."

"The experience has been excellent.  John came and looked at the job, sent a quote in a timely manner with everything I requested.  I was able to narrow down exactly what I needed done now and he has sent two great guys (Pat and Kevin) to do the work.  They have been neat and clean, covered all the surfaces for protection, vacuumed and cleaned up neatly at the end of the day.  They will be back in a few weeks once I have the new celing installed by a carpenter.  They asked for my input on placement of lights and offered helpful advice when I was looking for insight.  They work very hard and I look forward to using JTN Electric again. <br />"

"This is my second time hiring BBB. Previously, they did over my bathroom & buoy a new one in the basement. This time I had a leaky skylight in the closed in breezeway that has been leaking for quite some time & causing a fair amount of damage. I contacted BBB & got an estimate with work started & completed within two weeks. They gave me a very detailed estimate with a time table on what was going to happen & when. When the job before mind ran late, I got two notices that work would begin a day late. They crew did a fabulous job with new skylights & ceiling that look great. The roof looks like the windows were magically put in with no change to the roof. The crew was courteous, timely & very professional. BBB is my go to for any repair/construction work I need.
