"They are master painters as well, both inside and out. They perform carpentry and plumbing with equal expertise. Don't hesitate to use then fir whatever repair or project you may have. I can't recommend them highly enough."

"Marks-Woods Construction just finished a multi-part project on our home including a full kitchen remodel, adding a full bath and storage area to our basement, a mudroom addition and a portico. The design process at the beginning helped to expand on our initial ideas and Danielle was great at offering suggestions that we never would have thought of. This step saved us time and helped us avoid regrets we would have had without having Danielle's expertise. Greg did a nice job working though the architectural details and permitting. Our project manager was Drew and he was great to work with throughout the entire process. We had an issue with our backslash and he worked with the supplier to replace it with something more in line with our expectations. Despite a variety of projects, we had a consistent crew with dependable, courteous workers who always created a great end product and kept work areas clean. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again for future renovations."

"The rooms look great. Julio did the work and he was on time and very professional.  This is my 2nd time using George's. The first time they did painting on the outside of my house and even repaired a rotten piece around my door. I will continue to use them for any painting that needs done. The price is reasonable and they are very professional.

"Wonderful! Cornelio was great to work with. He and his team were very professional and I feel like I was given their time and attention. Cornelio was always very responsive and helpful in decisions that we had to make. We moved out for the renovation and were out of town for part of it and he often sent me pictures in the evenings so I could see the progress. We have lived in our home for 7.5 years so we had a good feeling for what we needed. We hired an architect and a designer separately and that was helpful as we went in prepared with what we wanted done. Cornelio and his team took out a wall and a half bathroom and removed most of the plaster (we live in a 1930's row house in Washington, DC). He also built us a new half bathroom and rebuilt walls and doors that needed to be done. When he took out the plaster and such he found old pipes and wires that needed replacing and took care of it. He didn't ask for more money it was included in the work. One thing that really impressed me is we decided to keep our old cabinets and have them painted (by a separate company). When his guys took them off the wall they were damaged (not because of the guys negligence, they had been cement glued to the walls instead of screwed into the walls as they should have been. Cornelio made sure they were repaired and installed in a much better and safer way and you can't tell at all! We love our new kitchen and half bathroom so much! It makes our house much more comfortable and usable for our family!"

"Went well. Jose and Tracy kept us informed of all repairs. Was happy that the floor was an easy fix. They were quick to respond and very accommodating to our schedule. Very pleased. Would definitely use them again. On a scale of 1 - 10 I’d give them a 10+. Thank you so much."

"The overall experience was exceptional. Luis meet with my wife and I and did a walk thru of the property and provided us with an estimate within an hour of the walk-thru. I already had heard excellent things about his company from numerous co-workers who had FDC paint their home. I truly feel like we got an extreme value in terms of the service we received for the price. Since our house was a new build, we had a number of cracks and nail pops associated with the home settling. Also, entire house to include walls ceiling and trim was a blah beige. Needless to say, FDC had their work cut out for them. Luis and his team skimmed and sanded all these areas and repaired the drywall making the necessary repairs as part of their prep work. Once painting had begun, he provided a daily up date on the project and sent pictures. We meet on numerous occasions to go over things and I was blown away by he and his crews attention to detail. He not only meet the deadline but was able to get the whole house done a day early. He and his team treated our home like it was their own. Not a single corner was cut and he went above and beyond to make the house perfect. I recommend Luis and FDC Proffesional Painting to anyone who is looking to transform their home and eliminate all stress. Don't waste your time calling multiple painters to get estimates so you can haggle pricing. Just call Luis and he will work with you to meet your needs at your budget. Additionally, all work is backed by a 3 year warranty so if there are any issues or our scratch a wall moving in he and his team will come back and make touch ups or repairs free of charge. My wife and I plan to have FDC come back in the winter to paint our finished basement."

"Orlando and his crew replaced rotten wood, removed rust from metal trip, and prepped and painted the entire house. They came back to fix any areas that weren't finished to my satisfaction. The cost was reasonable and their work was excellent. I highly recommend this company."

"It went well. Gustavo is incredibly nice and conscientious. Though the bathroom remodel took longer than expected then work was very well done. His team is nice. Moved a little slower than other contractors I’ve had but I think it is mostly because he is careful and wants to get it done right."

"The overall price came out to be a bit higher than expected, but the crew got the work done in a timely manner. The drywall and paint work was of reasonable quality - some of the drywall was not as smooth as I would like and there are areas where the paint line at the ceiling is not straight (there is blue paint from the walls on the white ceiling), but the overall finished product looks fine."

"We were buying a fixer up house and needed 2 bathrooms and caving floors addressed right away. So we hired Tomas to come and give us a estimate of what needed to be done and how we should proceed. Since we were still in negotiating phases of house buying he provided with a written estimate that helped us to negotiate sellers to drop the price. The work itself was done in professional manner, finished at least a week before we were expecting to move in, even with little hiccups on our part that parts were missing on shipments or we had to switch out medicine cabinets at last minute. All the guys were very well mannered and patient with our requests and would suggest alternative ways if somethings we did not think about and if you never done this before, there will be plenty of questions."
