"The Vitex team headed up by Jason Levin was in a word outstanding.  It was a collaborative effort with the builder and their knowledge of state of the art equipment and software was exceptional.  In a project the size of mine there are the inevitable hiccups however Vitex's ability to understand the issue, send the appropriate technician and modify or correct the issue exceeded my expectations.  Another important note, they were more than happy to work with customer supplied equipment as well as equipment they supplied. "It was early to mid-afternoon, I had turned the water main off so was without water, had localized where the problem was and even had parts - I just needed help. Going down Angie's List, I called several plumbers in the area, left messages with some (which, to date, were never returned) and others told me it would be 'the next afternoon.' I then called Moretto's. I again explained the situation (I'm sure by this point I was sounding pretty frantic and down-beaten) and Jack said 'we're on our way.' They arrived in 90 minutes and had rescheduled the remainder of their day's 'non-critical' jobs to come fix my issue so I wouldn't be left without water! As it turned out, I did not have all the parts necessary, and they didn't have what they needed with them. They went to our local hardware store, were back with everything required and had the leak completely repaired in good time. They even, upon my request, checked the rest of the exposed plumbing for leaks and stressed that I call them if I ever needed any other plumbing assistance. The bill was extraordinarily reasonable, they were very professional, and I felt confident in their work. I'll most definitely be calling them again."

"The initial appraisal was thorough and well laid-out, with color artwork and a description of each plant by species. Installation was good, with hispanic laborers and English-speaking supervisors. All did well in the execution of installation, and the plants are, for the most part, health (the garden ferns are taking their time to perk-up, but it's a cooler-than-average spring here). The only thing missing now is the installation of the fountain pump, which must be a special order from their facility, as it has been a couple of weeks since we last saw them. I feel certain that last part will eventually reach us. In the meantime, the garden is maturing as the days become warmer. <br />"

"Contacted Tru Cut and they gave me an estimate within 24hrs.  As I requested (hoping more leaves would fall), they waited one week to do the work.  We have a steep driveway with water run-off "ditches" on either side that go behind the garage and down to the lake.  They cleaned the ditches, our driveway/parking pad, and the back yard.  The job was excellent.  Will definitely hire them again. <br />"

"I've had TruGreen forever. They take care of my lawn, with fertilizer and pesticide. The only thing I don't like about them is that they don't kill my weeds in my flower bed. I told them today I was going to get someone else unless they killed the weeds in my flowerbed. The guy told me he'd be back in a couple of days to do that. They don't want to get in your flowerbeds. They don't want to take the chance of killing some bushes and then you get mad at them and tell them they have to pay for the bushes. I can go buy Round Up and kill the weeds myself, but I don't want to do that. I have a company and they should do that. They're always here and do their work on time. There's nothing else that I can really fault them on. I don't have to be here for their visits. They just come on their own. They're always good. They're professional. I like all of them."

"Called company they showed up at the time they stated they would be here, actually they were early (awesome).  Installed a total of 4 ceiling fans with lights in about 2 hours time.  He was very friendly and answered all questions that I had.  Once installed he made sure everything was working great.  He left his card and said if I had any problems to please call him and he would come and check it out.  He was extremely professional and considerate of our property. <br />"
