"Company backed out of a 100k house remodel. Upon inspection there were fire hazards, leaking pipes, windows that cannot be opened, support beams that are bowing in the middle, and drywall that shows every seam, screw, and putty mark. Many of the issues were corrected, but they backed out when the drywall was brought to attention. After paying 70K, still no kitchen, no floors, and unfinished electrical.
