"Excellent communication from the first meeting to look at the roof, through establishing the contract, scheduling, and completing the work. There was unexpected additional action required at the end of the project and, Rene, the Superintendent, followed up and had that completed ASAP. I also want to comment that the roof replacement was done on my parents' home in S.Calif. I live in the Seattle area. I had hoped to be there during the roof replacement but the timing was such that I could not be. Rene was accessible to me by phone or email if I had questions or was working through details on behalf of my parents. He always responded in a timely manner. Rene also went above and beyond by taking pictures of each stage of the project, emailing them to me with updates. My parents asked me to be on point so much of the communication came to me, yet Rene also kept my parents' updated. Jordan Roofing is professional, timely, and clean up was thorough. "I had a small roof leak. I got a few estimates, Excaliber was the lowest although they had a disclaimer that the bill could be higher if they found wood rot. They did find a small amount and there was a small extra charge but I think it was fair. I would definitely use them again after some bad past experiences with roofers, it's nice to find an honest and professional company."

"Hometown Restoration did an excellent job repairing a leak caused by our adjacent neighbour. They used a dehumidifier to dry out the wood before removing and sanitizing a section of the rock sheet. They also had a hygienist test for asbestos even though our building had been rebuilt. I am quite grateful to the technicians of Hometown Restoration for their efforts. They followed the COVID guideline and made us feel 100% safe during the cleanup process. I would hire them again if I needed to fix water damage issues in the future.
