They wore shoe protectors when coming in and out of the house, and protected our wall corners from the air duct exhaust hose. They were extremely professional and got right to work. After the ducts were cleaned, they got right to work on the carpet. It looked so much brighter when they were done. "The furniture was moved in great room.  Nothing was moved in bedroom but was still charged for a whole room.  Only one guy came so the furniture couldn't be moved.  Had to call the next day as a stain was still showing.  Two guys came out with hand equiptment and worked on the stain.  A week later the stain was there again.  I just left it.  Would have worked a lot better if they sent two guys all the time to work on the carpet.  I usually clean the carpet myself now due to cost for them to clean it.  Takes a bit longer but it works. <br />"
