"Originally Stephen (The Owner) installed our Liftmaster Gate system. Fairly quickly our system began to malfunction. Stephen was available most times very quickly to return our calls and then was able many times to come out that day or the next day to look at our system and to diagnose what was the problem while our system was under warrant. Steven guaranteed his Installation for 1 year and Liftmaster has their warranty. Steven was able to diagnose several problems , not attributed to his Installation and he eventually corrected our gate system malfunctioning over about a 3-4 month period and was resolved to get our system working properly with his correction and with the assistance of the Liftmaster Warranty. Steve replaced a Wire to our System Control Box, he replaced our Motherboard and our left controller Arm both under Liftmaster Warranty. Steven is a Gem and a very hard worker. Polite, Dependable and Honest. Our system now works properly due to Steve guaranteeing our wiring replacement and his use of the Liftmaster warranty which was in effect during our troubles with this particular system.
