It looked like new after he finished. The tiler that did our house left large gaps between the transition of tile to carpet. Ryan's assistant was able to place new tack strips closer to correctly transition the carpet to tile. It looks great."

"The carpet tech came in the timeframe estimated, gave us a heads up call before arriving to let us know more exactly when he'd be there, was efficient, professional and courteous and so was the person I spoke with on the phone to book the appointment. The only miscommunication was that we asked for the stain protectant when booking the appointment but that information was not communicated to the tech that day. It was quickly and easily resolved though. I'd hire them again. Our carpets look great."
