Kelvin walked all over our roof to make sure he identified all of the trim repair needed and gave us a detailed list. He also made certain that the stain he used matched what was put on last time. Basic & decorative interior painting. I usually work alone but will sometimes bring an assistant if it will expedite the project. I always present a proposal before beginning a job. I will sometimes work hourly if the project is uncertain or if the client prefers to be billed that way.
