"From the time if the initial estimate to the installation, everything went smoothly. I decided to change to a metal roof because I was renovating the room that has a low slope rubber roof and have had several leaks. I was not about to add insulation and a new ceiling and have to deal with a potential for leaks. Thus, I felt a metal roof would be the best option. Because I only have 2 X6 with no attic  I decided to add foam board insulation to the roof deck and Dave gave me a fair price. I'm glad I added the foam board to deck and it gives me extra pitch too. Dave upgraded the ice and snow membrane at no extra charge. The workers were great and they stayed late to ensure that the roof was sealed before they left because there was a chance of showers. Additionally, they sealed all of my roof penetrations on the rest of my house and  fixed some shingles had a previous leak without me asking at no charge! Wow what service.

He sent Adam, Carl, and Harley out the same day. They looked at the damage and placed tarps on different parts of the roof until we could get the roof installed. He explained all of the shingles that were optional and available for our area, reviewing the warranties and the benefits of each product line. Once we made our decision the installation was scheduled and the prep was a breeze. The came out the morning of the install ready to work. The project took longer than anticipated but we were extremely satisfied with the results. We had 2 small screen damages which the company took care of replacing the liners.
