"We paid upfront for that and then when they got here, they did a quick reseal job on a small portion of the roof. Then, they wanted another $200 on top of that to purchase a different kind of sealer that they said comes from California. We're in Las Vegas. I get up on the roof too. But, they wanted another $200 to use the right kind of sealer on it, which they should have included in $299. They did just a quick sweep-up of leaves and pine needles. Then they resealed with a sealer that was a black sealer. This is kind of a flat roof in Las Vegas. They should have used something white that was more reflective of the sun and was really what they were asking us pay another $200 to use. In my opinion, they should have done that when they came out and did the first part of the project and they did not. We just decided we don't mind paying but we don't like having people tell us one thing and then they change it to something else once they get here. So we're not going to use them anymore. They were a little pricey for what they did."
