The first technician they sent out said my coils were dirty on my refrigerator is why my icemaker was not working charge me $127 for nothing. The owner of the company Bobby Crenshaw was to come and repair my icemaker today between 10 AM and 12 PM didn’t even call me until 1230 to tell me he would be late. I now have wasted more than half of my day for someone so inconsiderate. They can’t even call me and tell me they’re going to be late and I still have no icemaker. Do not ever use this company. They obviously do not know what they are doing and have no respect for you or your time. All they want is your money for a job that was never completed but you have to pay them or they will file a lien on your appliance read the receipt. Do not ever use Major Appliance company and Bobby Crenshaw, inconsiderate incompetent they don’t care."
