When they encountered an issue with some concrete they found in the area, they let me know immediately and talked me through all the possible solutions and helped me find the best, most affordable fix. The lawn looks great.  <br> <br>At this point I was impressed, but what really struck me was how they followed up on the job afterwards. Scott, who installed the irrigation system, has been stopping by the house to check the moisture levels of the sod on a weekly basis and adjust the sprinklers as needed. Then a couple weeks after the sod installation I had a fence installed in the area, and the fencing crew trampled all over a section of the new sod, turning it into a muddy mess, despite my warnings. I was so upset, and Scott and Michael came to the rescue. They answered my frantic emails immediately, and right away Scott checked to make sure the irrigation system wasn't damaged.
