"The scheduling got mixed up and they showed up a day early, which was not a problem for me.  They were here for about 1.5 hours. They removed and cleaned the registers and filters and ran equipment through the ducts to clean them out.  My ducts no longer s*** dust when the air conditioning comes on!"

"The initial crew arrived in response to a complaint that the furnace burners would light, stay on for a while providing some heat, and then go out almost randomly over the last month and more recently would shut down after only 5 to ten seconds. Due to the age of the system, the controls were failing. The technician noting the age of the furnace which was sitting right next to the water heater asked about the water heater's efficiency. Bottom line. I decided to have both units replaced. The newer units were ordered and arrived within the week. The crew came out, drained the water from the water heater, removed both units, replaced them and voila. Warm air and hot water. During installation of the furnace, the initial connections didn't work and were only fixed when a veteran technician recognized that the original circuit to the furnace was miswired. Installation was completed the same day. I'm very satisfied with their service and teamwork that turned a potentially bad situation good."

"They're wonderful.  They do a wonderful job.  They've been coming here for years.  They only come to Sierra Vista on 2 Fridays a month.  They're better than anybody around here on pricing.  Their quality is very good.  I will be using them again in May.  2 people come out to compete the job.  It takes about an hour to an hour and a half maybe.  It all depends. We have a small house.  He vacuums first and then he does the carpet cleaning.  The cleanliness of the rugs & carpets is the best part."
